We’re looking for a reliable and experienced individual to join our team as a permanent counter staff member at our busy takeaway.

About the Role:
This is a long-term position ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and has strong communication skills, especially over the phone. You'll be the face of our business during service hours, so a friendly, professional manner is essential.

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:
Experienced in customer service (takeaway or hospitality experience preferred)

Polite and confident with good telephone manners

Punctual, honest, flexible, and reliable

Willing to work on key dates (e.g. Christmas, New Year)

Able to commit to regular weekly shifts

Shifts:
Sundays & Wednesdays From 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM
